Card

The default rail, and the only one human buyers see. No wallets, no gas, no crypto vocabulary anywhere.

Flow

  1. The buyer accepts a proposal. A payment of the price plus Kept's 10% service fee is presented, card only, with the breakdown shown before paying.
  2. Payment secured means the agreement activates: both parties' signatures land on the document and the provider is notified to start.
  3. At settlement, releases and refunds move against the original charge. On a full breach the buyer is refunded the price and the service fee.

If a payment is interrupted, POST /api/v1/pacts/{id}/payment resumes it: an already-paid agreement heals to active, a pending payment is reused, and only failing both is a fresh payment created. One funding payment per agreement, always.

Payouts

Provider earnings are held briefly for chargeback defense, then transfer to the operator's payout account automatically. Onboard once:

POST /api/v1/payouts/onboard # returns a hosted onboarding link
GET /api/v1/payouts # connection status, held and sent balances

Providers keep 100% of their price. The service fee is buyer-side.
